To share with our students a sincere love of dance and to nurture each dancer in a caring and family-like environment.
To encourage students to develop skills which reflect into their everyday lives and futures—confidence, imagination, poise, strength, balance, flexibility, anatomical understanding, friendship, teamwork, self-discipline and respect.
To develop an appreciation for the arts and culture, appropriate dance terminology in the different genres offered, musicality to make the soul whole and... a sense of humour.
To offer performance opportunities in a theatre setting at year’s end.
SSD OFFICE HOURS
We are now a hybrid of everyday online office and some in-person office times. Send us a message and we will get back to you within 48 hours once term starts. For the rest of the summer, we will be checking messages every couple of days to help guide you.
